PRE-ORDER POLICY
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve next season's most coveted pieces before they sell out. When you place a pre-order, the item is still in production and is not yet available in our warehouse. It’s important to check whether an item is a pre-order before completing your checkout, as pre-order items may have different delivery times.
How Long Will It Take to Ship My Pre-Order?
Delivery times for pre-ordered items can vary depending on the product. Typically, the estimated wait time is 15-30 business days from the date the item is released. Once the item arrives in our warehouse, we’ll ship it to you within three business days.
Please note that if your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately.
Why Do Delays Occur?
The production process involves multiple stages, and while we aim to meet estimated timelines, delays can happen. In the rare event of a delay, our Customer Care team will notify you promptly with an update.
Can I Cancel My Pre-Order?
Yes, you can cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations are no longer possible. However, if the item has not yet shipped and more than 30 business days have passed since your order, you can still request a cancellation by contacting our Customer Care team.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Yes! If you need to update your shipping address, simply go to your account and review your order details. You can also reach out to our Customer Care team to
make changes before the item is dispatched. Once your pre-order has shipped, however, we cannot modify the delivery address.
